Малиновый чизкейк

Вкусный рецепт малинового чизкейка. Этот малиновый чизкейк однозначно стоит того, чтобы отыскать в своих запасах замороженную или свежую малину. Ведь он такой ароматный, такой вкусный и такой нежный. Его легко можно включить в новогоднее меню, так как он точно понравится вашим гостям.

Ингредиенты

300гр. сахарного печенья типу
50гр. сливочного масла

Ингредиенты для начинки

600гр. сливочного сыра
150гр. сахара
2ст.л. муки
1шт. желток яйца
2шт. яйца
100гр. белого шоколаду
150гр. сметаны (20-30% жирности)
300гр. свежей или замороженной малины

Способ приготовления

Печенье тщательно перемолоть в крошку при помощи мясорубки или блендера. Добавить в него растопленное сливочное масло и хорошо перемешать.
Затем полученную массу утрамбовать по дну и сделать по разъемной форме бортики.
Поставить эту форму в разогретую духовку до 160 градусов и выпекать примерно 10 минут. Потом вынуть ее и отставить в сторону на некоторое время. Духовку при этом не выключать, она еще понадобиться.
Сливочный сыр комнатной температуры аккуратно положить в миску. К нему добавить сахар и сметану, венчиком размешать до однородной массы. Добавить по одному яйца и желток, тщательно размешивая после каждого добавленного. После этого добавить муку и еще один раз тщательно перемешать.
Ножом мелко порубить шоколад. Вместе с малиной добавить в крем и тщательно перемешать.
Вилити крем в злегка остиглу основу.
Все это поставить в разогретую духовку и выпекать приблизительно 45-50 минут. Затем открыть духовку и постучать по бортику формы ложкой - если края уже хорошо схватились, а серединка малинового чизкейка немного дрожит - самое время вынимать его.
Соответственно, вынуть из духовки малиновый чизкейк и дать ему остыть до комнатной температуры. Потом тонким ножом провести между основой формы и бортами. Поставить малиновый чизкейк в холодильник не меньше, чем на 4 часа.
Остывший малиновый чизкейк нарезать кусочками и подавать на стол с чаем или кофе.
